Any of the services below can be carried out individually or combined to suit your budget and precise requirements.  We are totally flexible in the provision of our services and welcome any specific requests you may have.


We will always aim to provide a fixed fee for the services you require but we are also happy to provide our services on a time related basis.


Private developments can range from a loft conversion to the construction of a new block of apartments but all projects require the same attentionto cost control to ensure you are maximising your profit return.


Precontract support


  • Preparation of initial cost plans
  • Ongoing development of cost plan as Architects details are finalised
  • Formulate a detailed Schedule of Works / Bills of Quants for tendering purposes
  • Obtain Subcontract and Material quotations to allow pricing of Bills of Quants
  • Alternatively obtain quotations from Building Contractors
  • Compilation of all quotations with detailed analysis to allow an informed selection process
  • Formulation of a Construction Program together with full preliminaries breakdown.
  • Cashflow forecast


QS Site Support


  • Subcontractor / Contractor procurement
  • Creation of formal appointments including the Form of Contract / Subcontract.
  • Managing interim applications, variation accounts and Final Accounts
  • Review and agree variation accounts.
  • Cashflow monitoring
  • Cost and Value reconcilations produced monthly


Post Contract QS Services


  • Final Account preperation, negotiation and conclusion
